Duties (key result areas/outputs):

Lecturing Pharmacology, for nursing students and dispensing course (if qualified to offer the dispensing course). Setting of assessments. Conducting and marking assessments. Collaborate with subject coordinators. Provide written feedback to the Head of Department.

Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements, may also apply. Such candidates will only be considered for appointment on condition that proof of application for registration to register with the relevant council and proof of payment of the prescribed registration fees to the relevant council are submitted on or before the day of the interview. Experience:

Grade 1: A minimum of 3 years appropriate experience after registration as a Pharmacist with the SAPC together with registration as a Clinical Pharmacist with SAPC. Grade 2: A minimum of 11 years appropriate experience after registration as a Pharmacist with the SAPC together with registration as a Clinical Pharmacist with SAPC.

Requirements:

B Pharm degree at NQF level 8 that allows registration with SAPC as a Pharmacist.

Registration with a professional council:

Registration with the SAPC as a Pharmacist.

Remuneration:

Grade 1: R 451.32 per hour, Grade 2: R 493.49 per hour.
